• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Perishable goods, personalized items, and opened hygiene products are non-returnable.

Return Process:

• Returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
